We were approached to create the brand presence online with an e-commerce store and multi-channel online a marketing campaign that would fulfil this objective and bring the Clubworks brand to a new customer base.
We conducted a competitor analysis of online golf stores in India and leading e-commerce players globally and combined it with market research on the growth in the industry. We adopted a three stage approach to moving Clubworks online with clearly defined objectives and key results at each stage. Launch, revenue and retention and sustainable growth with a target of 10X ROAS.

Hit the Hotlist was a marketing campaign highlighting the bestsellers and top products through marketing emailers sent to various customers. The aim was to educate the audience on the right kind of putters, wedges, irons, and drivers one must use. We also provided our audience with content on correctly using golf equipment. Ultimately, the goal was to create online sales through these marketing emailers.
