Performance Marketing Specialist
Your primary role is important in tracking media spends and allocating budgets. You are responsible for ensuring a higher ROI for every account. Problem-solving is key in this role, you must ensure quality and timely delivery. You are responsible to acquire good quality leads through well-devised campaigns
Responsibilities
- Manage media spends and keep track of the cost
- Draft media plans and accurately allocate budgets across every channel to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensure higher ROI for all accounts
- Ensure proper audience targeting for each platform
- Collaborate with account leads & sales personnel to ensure the objective of campaign and performance metrics is met
- Regularly update reports: CPM, CPC & CPL etc
- Curate insights from Facebook Ads Manager & LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, on customer segmentation and journey
- Speak to clients about the performance and help set expectations with the account manager
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization through experimentation, conversion rate optimization, retention, and re-engagement initiatives.
- Proofreading content & creatives for errors and inconsistencies before approving any paid ads
- Collaborate with creative designers and ad copywriters for your needs of campaign execution
